Drive talent development initiatives by designing and delivering high-impact training programs, onboard current hires, upskill existing employees, and ensure strict process adherence and compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Training & Facilitation




Design and deliver engaging training programs, presentations, and interactive learning materials.
Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, set learning priorities, and provide targeted coaching.
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and post-training performance tracking to continually refine content.
Foster an inclusive, continuous learning setting while serving as a feedback bridge between frontline teams and management.

Compliance, Content & Reporting
Build, update, and manage advanced training content aligned with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational processes.
Conduct regular audits to evaluate employee process adherence and address compliance risks.
Create advanced data reports on internal and external training needs to inform our broader talent strategy.
