Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux). N

Provide technicalsupport to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and act as the go-to person for all IT-related queries. N
Monitor and manage Laptop & Desktop performance, ensuring system availability and reliability. N
Maintain system documentation and configurations, updating records regularly for compliance and operational continuity. N
