Job Role - Shift Crew
Roles & Responsibilities :
Contract Labour Management – Oversee end-to-end management of contract labour, including deployment, attendance, wage processing and compliance.
Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, CLRA, PF, ESIC, minimum wages and other statutory requirements.
Contractor Management – Manage contractor empanelment, performance, agreements, billing and resolution of contractor-related issues.
Manpower Planning & Cost Control – Monitor contract manpower requirements, optimize deployment and control manpower-related costs.
Stakeholder & Workforce Relations – Coordinate with HR, operations, contractors and workers to address workforce issues and ensure smooth industrial operations.
