nQualification: LLB / LLM
nExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice

Draft and review contracts and legal agreementsn
Negotiate contractual terms and conditionsn
Provide legal consultancy and client advisoryn
Draft agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)n
Prepare legal notices and related documentationn
Conduct risk analysis of contractsn
Redline contracts and identify potential legal and commercial risksn
Support clients in ensuring stronger contractual protections and compliancen
