Promote interdisciplinary research, publications, patents, consultancy, and funded research projectn




Guide faculty members in academic planning, curriculum delivery, and skilled developmenn

Lead and supervise all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the collegn
Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain qualified faculty and stafn
Prepare annual academic plans, institutional budgets, and development strategien
Ensure effective utilization of financial, human, and infrastructural resourcen
Maintain discipline and create a positive academic workplace for students and stafn

Ensure compliance with the norms and regulations of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), RGUHS, AICTE (where applicable), UGC, and other statutory authoritien
Coordinate PCI, RGUHS, NAAC, NBA, and other regulatory inspections and accreditation processen
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, approvals, and documentation
