The Role: Lead - Talent Acquisition

We're looking for a Lead - Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across our corporate functions, spanning both tech and non-tech roles. You'll be the go-to partner for Hiring Managers, translating business needs into hiring strategies, and driving positions independently from requirement gathering all the way to closure.



This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Own
Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand corporate hiring requirements and define the right candidate profile
Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closure
Hire across diverse corporate functions, including Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Leadership roles and Campus Programs
Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, market mapping, and other sourcing channels
Drive offer discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate closures, while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and pipelines

4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Robust experience managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, hiring across Tech and/or No
