Job Description
Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a energetic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
Generate and convert leads into successful closures
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Update CRM and maintain sales reports

Key Skills Required
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities




Good understanding of the real estate sales process
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel

Experience Required
3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
Candidates from the Real Estate industry only

Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000
Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Preferred Profile
Candidates currently working as Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Unit Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager
Strong knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
