JustCall’s next wave of growth runs through Account Executives who can turn a conversation into a customer. As an Account Executive at JustCall - you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, from first outreach to signed contract.
With 7,000+ businesses already running their calls, texts, emails, and WhatsApp conversations through JustCall, our next stage of growth depends on sales talent who can manage a live, multi-stage pipeline and close high-velocity deals with conviction.
What you’ll actually do
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end - from discovery and demos through negotiation and close, for both inbound and outbound prospects.
Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects - qualifying leads so your pipeline stays focused on businesses JustCall can genuinely help.
Run multiple deals in parallel - managing customers across different stages of the buying cycle without losing momentum on any one of them.
Build deep product expertise - staying current on JustCall’s features and value proposition so you can speak to it with authority in every conversation.
Navigate multi-stakeholder, cross-business-unit deals - managing champions, decision-makers, and blockers to drive strategic deals to close.
Act as the voice of the customer - feeding prospect and customer feedback back into the business to sharpen product, messaging, and process.
Partner across teams - working with marketing, product, and customer success to remove friction from the buying journey.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of end-to-end sales experience - including prospecting, ideally at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
Full-cycle ownership - you’ve run deals from first touch to signed contract, not just worked leads someone else qualified.
Comfort with high-velocity, multi-threaded selling - juggling several live deals at once, each at a different stage.
Solid stakeholder management - you can navigate deals in
