nIn this role you will:

Responsible for regional technical service responsibilityn
Responsible for the sell-through and post-sales activities in the regionn
Provide technical advice to customers on product, installation, and system operational mattersn
Ensure proper resolution to customer inquiries and warranty service requestsn
Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service-related issuesn
Conduct regional product/technical training, seminars and webinarsn




Liaise with HQ to resolve customer issuesn
Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysisn
Lead or participate in projects and process improvement activitiesn
Provide sales and marketing support as neededn

nWe are looking for:

Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majorsn
Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry is a mustn
Valuable communicator with fluent English and native languagesn
