Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a solid background in finance and management.

Sending client & vendor invoices — and following up so nothing slipsn
Building P&L; sheets from scratchn
Building cash flow sheets and forecastsn
Creating reporting boards that update us weekly/monthly on the numbers that mattern
Actually understanding our financial position — not just reporting it, explaining itn

nQualifications

Real experience in financial analytics or a similar finance rolen
Robust hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets — building models and dashboards, not filling templatesn
Experience building P&L; and cash flow statements from zeron
Sharp analytical instincts — you look at numbers and tell us what they meann
Agency, eCommerce, or digital marketing reporting experience is a big plusn
Solid finance-based analytical skillsn
5- 7 years of finance experiencen
CA (or equivalent) preferredn
MBA a plus, not requiredn
