About the rolenWe are hiring an Operations Engineer to support and improve customer delivery operations across CarbonFarm’s project portfolio.

nThis is a hands-on operational and technical role focused on optimising delivery reliably, accurately, and at scale .
n

nOur work combines remote sensing, agricultural data, and machine learning. To deliver high-quality outputs to customers, we need solid operational execution across project setup, data collection coordination, quality checks, and delivery support .
n

nYou will work closely with our Head of Operations , Operations Manager, and the Engineering team , as well as the broader tech team, to coordinate inputs, verify data quality, support delivery workflows, and reduce operational bottlenecks across multiple projects in parallel.

nThis role is best suited to someone detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical tools, and able to follow structured processes with high accuracy.

What you’ll don

Support day-to-day delivery operations across multiple customer projectsn




Coordinate data collection and external dependencies, including data from IoT sensorsn
Verify data quality and flag issues earlyn
Ensure operational workflows move forward on time and in the correct sequencen
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve operational blockersn
Track delivery progress and help maintain delivery predictability across projectsn
Follow and improve repeatable operational processesn
Use AI tools and lightweight automation to analyse data, QA outputs, and remove manual steps from delivery workflowsn
Maintain high-quality delivery standards through careful execution and transparent escalation when neededn

Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, data, or a related fieldn
1–3 years of experience in an operations, delivery, analytical, or technical support rolen
