About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
Work through high-value License advisory prospects, speaking with customers to uncover the software license issues, ensuring customers understand the IP or contractual violation.
Communicate directly with customers to negotiate a license compliance settlement value and timeline for purchase.
Initiate audit requests with customers and lead customers through the Audit process, present audit findings to customers and negotiate on the resolution.
Uses analytic tools and databases to investigate the license compliance prospects.
Engages customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in License compliance engagements and audit processes.




Critical thinking skills and thought process to apply licensing rules to various scenarios of customer software deployment.
Ability to successfully mitigate complex pushback and discussions on noncompliance with customers.
Proactively establish a cooperative relationship with the Sales team to gather required information and work collectively for compliance closures.
Proficiency in utilizing various tools (Salesforce, CRM, SharePoint etc.) to track leads and forecast compliance sales regularly.

Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ year
Comfortable in communicating and negotiating at the executive level.
7+ years of customer-facing experience in IT asset management consulting, audit, or customer management.
Self-motivated, Proactive, agile and able to identify & deliver quality work even when unsupervised.
Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements & contracts.
