Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nPepper is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production operations within a specific business vertical. Reporting to the Associate Director, Production, this role will be part of a team-oriented team of producers and will be responsible for driving projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
nThe ideal candidate has a strong foundation in production and project management, thrives in a fast-paced creative setting, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors across both Indian and US markets.
nKey Responsibilities
nProject Management

Manage day-to-day production activities from project kickoff to final delivery.n
Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.n
Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.n

nProcess & Operations Management

Ensure compliance with internal production processes,



documentation, contracts, invoicing, and payment workflows.n
Maintain accurate project records, status updates, and production documentation.n

nProduction Execution
n
n
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, production partners, and internal teams for timely delivery of assets.n
Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet creative and production standards.n
Monitor project budgets and flag any deviations proactively.n

nCross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Content, and Account teams to facilitate seamless project flow.n
Resolve operational bottlenecks and support productive collaboration across teams.n

nClient Coordination
n
n
Support client communication by sharing project updates, timelines, and delivery statuses.n
Ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations under the guidance of the Associate
