Generate & manage qualified leads
Understand client requirements & recommend the right properties
Conduct site visits & property presentations
Manage negotiations & closures
Build long-term client relationships
Contribute to sales strategies & team growth
Who We're Looking For
Real Estate Sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Valuable understanding of Bengaluru's property market
Target-driven & customer-focused mindset
English + Hindi/Kannada preferred
Mentoring/training experience is an added advantage
