Technical Delivery Manager (Java Preferred)n
Location: Navalur, Chennai - Onsiten
Exp Required: 15+ yrsn
Must have prior overseas/onsite experience (USA / UK/ Europe / Middle East) or someone open to relocate from overseas.n

nResponsibilities
n

Coordinate and manage teams working across offshore-onshore models, focusing on seamless collaborationn
Facilitate understanding and implementation of Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications, Kafka architectures and APIsn
Analyze sprint data to identify risks and ensure alignment with sprint goalsn
Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve challenges via coordination and strategic thinkingn
Assist with internal communication,



improve transparency and drive information sharingn
Contribute towards the enhancement of Agile practices within the organizationn
Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes and conflict resolutionn
Manage and coordinate release/versioning processes effectivelyn
Support technical navigation of EDM end-to-end implementationsn

nQualifications

n
15 to 18 years of skilled experience, with at least 10 years in Delivery Management and handling Fixed Budget Projectsn
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferredn

nRequired Skills

Background in playing the Technical Delivery Management role for at least 4 years in software development teamsn
Expertise in .NET/Java technologies and Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications and Kafka architecturesn
Solid communication, facilitation and coaching compe
