Role Summary

We are looking for a Motion Designer with strong AI capabilities who can create engaging, high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for brands and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, animation, and video editing, along with hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production, image/video generation, animation, and workflow enhancement.

You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to final execution and experimenting with current AI-powered creative workflows.

What You'll Do

Motion Design & Animation
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography, and visual effects for digital content.
Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media, ads, and brand campaigns.




Translate creative concepts and briefs into visually strong motion-led content.
Create animations that align with brand identity, communication objectives, and platform requirements.
Work with video footage, graphics, illustrations, typography, and other visual assets to create compelling content.

AI-First Creative Production
Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, visual effects, and creative experimentation.
Explore and implement current AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency.
Create AI-generated visuals, scenes, characters, transitions, and motion sequences.
Combine AI-generated assets with traditional motion design and editing techniques.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant tools into the creative workflow.

Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit and create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Handle compositing, color correction, sound integration, tr
