Contribute to the delivery of complex solutions, breaking down big problems into smaller piecesn

Help ensure the quality and integrity of the SDLC for their team and identify opportunities for improvement in how the team works, through usage of recommended tools and practices.n
Able to triage complex issues independentlyn
Aware of the technology landscape, help to plan delivery of coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applicationsn
Set a consistent example of agile development practices and coach other engineers to work as a team with Product and Experience Designn
Help new hires and junior engineers to improve their skills and be more effectiven
Contribute to and improve internal libraries and toolsn
Understand the business supported by your applicationsn
Proactively communicate status and issues to their managern
Identify problems and risks of their own work and the work of othersn




Collaborate with other teams to find creative solutions to customer issuesn

nBasic Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant skilled experience with a bachelor's degree OR equivalent. Including:n
n
3+ years of Front-end development experience (JS, CSS, HTML).n
2+ years of React Native experience - Robust experience in building and deploying mobile apps for iOS and Androidn
2+ years of React.js experience - Deep understanding of hooks, functional components, and contemporary React patternsn
3+ years designing new Front-end applications within a Micro Frontend platformn
JavaScript/TypeScript: Proficiency in ES6+ and TypeScriptn
State Management: Redux & Saga Middlewaren

Familiarity with Jira, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Splunk or Kibana or similar toolsn
Ability to peer
