Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Hands on experience in Design engineering of Automotive GSM components.
- Experience in Glass, seals and mechanisms .
Positive CAD proficiency on CATIA V5 in below modules
- - Surface modelling (Generative Shape Design Module)
Part modelling
Detailing (Drafting)
Assembly design
3D Annotation (Functional Tolerancing & Annotation)
- Having positive knowledge of GSM components and manufacturing methodologies
Master section creation & Developing Engineering Surface.
Understand design and apply updating according to client requirements for a product
Maintain effective communication with supplier, customer and outside resources concerning technical issues.
Knowledge in CATIA & TeamCentre Visualization DMU Tools.
Experience in PLM Software( TeamCentre preferred).
Experience in supplier interaction.
Positive GD&T; application knowledge.
