About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager — Restaurant Partnerships to take ownership of restaurant acquisition and partnerships for Countr across Hyderabad.

This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on building our restaurant network.



You’ll work directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers, understand their current setup, present Countr, handle objections, negotiate partnerships, and drive the sales process through onboarding.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the restaurant and food-tech ecosystem and can independently build relationships and close partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Own restaurant acquisition and partnership growth across Hyderabad
Identify and target restaurants, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and F&B; businesses
Build and manage a solid pipeline of restaurant prospects
Meet restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers in person
Understand their current ordering, delivery, and food-platform setup
Present Countr and demonstrate its value to restaurant businesses
Handle sales objections, commercial discussions, and negotiations
Close restaurant partnerships and drive successful onboarding
