nRole Overview
nThe Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers — for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires robust stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

nKey Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing,



screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationn
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategiesn
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and networkingn
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fitn
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panelsn
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and pipeline statusn
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsn
Negotiate salary and close offers in line with company compensation guidelinesn
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processn
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to HR leadershipn
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and
