We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr Barista to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have min1 years of experience in the coffee industry and a solid desire to deliver exceptional coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations
Assist in training new baristas and staff
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Skills and Qualifications
Any Graduation.
Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of coffee origins, types, and preparation methods
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
