About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven QA qualified with solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering both business and technical value in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Testing
Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision
Intermediate SQL knowledge, including the ability to write queries independently
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Proven ability to deliver both business and technical value
Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance products, specially forms validation
Understanding of migration projects, and different product lines.
Solid sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with test automation
Guidewire experience or knowledge
