Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR & Recruitment Executive to manage recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day employee activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, colleges, coaching centres and other channels.
Create and post job openings.
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Manage employee onboarding and basic documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records.
Support employee engagement and internal communication.
Help build a solid hiring pipeline for different departments.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and job portals.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Qualifications

Any degree is acceptable. HR, Business Administration, Management or a related degree is preferred.
