About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Wellness, Hospitality & Restaurant to manage overall operations, business development, sales, revenue generation and team management.

The role will oversee Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Wellness, IPD/OPD, Restaurant and Hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall IPD/OPD Ayurveda and Naturopathy operations.
Oversee Yoga, Wellness, Restaurant and Hospitality services.
Drive business development, sales, revenue and profitability.
Develop corporate tie-ups, referral networks, partnerships and current business prospects.
Work with digital marketing/social media teams to generate enquiries, footfall and revenue.
Drive wellness packages, treatments, events,



restaurant promotions and repeat business.
Ensure high standards of customer/patient experience, service quality and hygiene.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of the team.
Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, vendors and operational KPIs.
Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.

Skills
10+ years of relevant experience in Wellness, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Holistic Healthcare, Wellness Resorts or Hospitality.
Solid experience in operations + business development + sales/revenue generation.
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Strong networking and partnership-building abilities.
Experience managing customer/patient experience and service operations.
MBA is preferred.
