DA AFK Ventures is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager with strong expertise in managing marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for multiple brands.
Develop strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, promotions and inventory.
Monitor GMV, orders, conversion, returns and overall brand performance.
Plan and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns and budgets.
Analyse sales data, competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with cataloguing, creative, warehouse and operations teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and business reviews.
Resolve marketplace issues and escalations within defined timelines.
Lead and guide the E-Commerce team to achieve assigned KPIs.




Maintain robust client relationships and ensure timely delivery of commitments.

Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on E-Commerce marketplace experience.
Robust expertise in Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Amazon and Flipkart.
Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
Good knowledge of marketplace advertising, sales analytics and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust communication, analytical and team-management skills.
Ability to take ownership of sales targets and business growth.
E-Commerce agency or fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹20,000.86 - ₹50,068.78 per month
