We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, generating leads, building customer relationships, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
Contact prospective clients and explain the company’s products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements,



and competitor activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

0–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication and a solid interest in Business Development are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹40,979.59 per month
