About the Role

Vendoge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, orders, services, or requests.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department/senior.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with management.
Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly communication style.




Achieve assigned customer service and response-time targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, or other customer-support tools.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered.
