Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining qualified relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Generate and maintain leads through telephone calls.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive approach while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller,



Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and MS Office.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
Ability to maintain proper follow-up and customer records.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in B2B, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Handling, or Corporate Gifting will be preferred.
Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads will be an advantage.
