We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead end-to-end construction activities and ensure projects are delivered with quality, safety, speed, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complete civil construction activities at project sites.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution in coordination with site teams.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, service consultants, contractors, and HO teams.
Ensure timely receipt of GFC drawings, approvals, and design changes.
Resolve site-level construction issues and drive smooth project execution.
Monitor quality, safety, progress, and project timelines.
Conduct project review and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
Review and certify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
Build solid relationships with contractors and consultants.
Monitor customer visits,



modifications, and query resolution at site.
Maintain project MIS, progress reports, safety records, checklists, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

10–12 years of experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a project leadership role
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Solid knowledge of project planning, construction technology & regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, decision-making & stakeholder management skills
Solid communication and coordination abilities
High ownership, energy, and commitment towards delivery excellence

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
