Role Summary
Software Support Engineer will investigate software issues, test bugs, document modules, and coordinate with developers for quick resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Understand ERP workflows and test modules
Replicate client issues and share detailed reports
Perform UAT testing & prepare test cases
Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Support integrations (Email, WhatsApp APIs, Shopify/Amazon, etc.)
Understand database logs and basic queries
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Java / JSP / SQL / API
Logical thinking & debugging ability
Basic understanding of ERP modules
