Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads provided by the company.
Explain the required information clearly to customers.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer details and call status.
Update daily calling reports.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Any Degree
Good communication skills in Tamil
Basic English communication is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Positive telephone etiquette
Willingness to learn and work towards targets
