Position title: Senior Account Executive
Reports to: Finance Manager
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Irungattukottai
Qualification: B.com, BBA, MBA, M.com
Experience : 3–6 years experience
Salary range: ₹4.5–5.5 LPA

Purpose of the Role

To maintain ledger, banking, procurement, inventory, and statutory accounting records for Different Hair Private Limited and a second group entity to audit-ready standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Ledger and Daily Accounting

· Statutory Compliance

· Vendor Sourcing, Purchase Orders and Vendor Records

· Purchase Requests, Delivery Follow-up and Goods Receipt

· Inventory Records and Stock Control

· Payments and Payroll

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

· 3–5 years of accounting experience.

· GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory accounting knowledge.





· Ability to manage two separate company accounts accurately.

· Working knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and purchase orders.

· Inventory records, stock reconciliation, and valuation experience.

· Robust documentation and audit readiness.

Preferred

· Manufacturing or export-oriented unit experience.

· Zoho Books.

· Language requirement — Tamil, English, Hindi
