What does the job entail?
Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Lead and manage a team of cluster managers to achieve business objectives
Conduct regular assessments and analysis of market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Identify and pursue recent business prospects through partnerships and collaborations
Negotiate and manage partnerships, agreements, and contracts




Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
