What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through alliances and collaborations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. They will be a key player in driving our company's key alliances and partnerships, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

What does the job entail?
Develop and implement cluster strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance collaboration among cluster members
Foster solid relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and customers
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Conduct regular cluster meetings and facilitate communication among members to ensure alignment and progress
Identify and mitigate risks associated with cluster operations and develop contingency plans




Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans and strategies
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the cluster
Provide coaching and development prospects to cluster members to enhance their skills and performance
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
