Experience in legacy application modernization is a plus, but the primary focus will be on C++ expertise.
Responsibilities:
Lead the software development project
Utilize strong C++ knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Evaluate and implement best practices for software development and project management.
Assist in the modernization of legacy applications,
ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in C++ programming, particularly in Linux environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in legacy application modernization.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
