Job Description
Generate leads and identify recent sales opportunities.
Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Promote and sell residential/commercial projects.
Conduct site visits and provide project details to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams for smooth sales processes.
Requirements
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Previous experience in real estate/building sales is preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹18,052.83 - ₹32,551.10 per month
