We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Associate (1–5 years ) to promote and sell our products, courses, and learning programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective learners.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
Address basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
