Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Support Process. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls in English and Bengali and should have positive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate effectively in English and Bengali.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Accurately record customer interactions and update required information.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.





Requirements
Languages: English + Bengali mandatory.
Valuable verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates with domestic/international voice process or customer service experience are preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Salary
₹18,000 per month (in-hand)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
