POSITION: PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER(DCC)

CODE: DCC-0926

QUALIFICATION: Engineering Degree in E&I;, EEE, or Control Systems.

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 Years

Positive communication, organizational, and time management skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Experience with document handling, Tracking and Version Control:
Engineering Drawings, Electrical schematics, GAD, Block diagram, Termination diagram, Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;, Loop Diagrams), Cable Schedules, Datasheets, and Test Reports (FAT, SAT), IOM, etc.,
Technical Submittals and Vendor Documents
Maintain document numbering and a structured filing system.
Maintaining Supplier Master Document List (SMDL) and Engineering Project Master Schedule (EPMS) documents
Maintaining Drawing Registers, Submittal Logs and Correspondence Logs
Tracking revisions and changes made to drawings and documents.

Software & Tools Experience:
Working experience in AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
