Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills. Candidates who can communicate in any South Indian language or Marathi will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses and career opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant programs.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve individual and team-wise sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding.
Stay updated on course offerings, market trends,



and competitor activities.

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales / Inside Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
Fluency in English and any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) or Marathi.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management will be an added advantage.
