Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-spoken Customer Relations & Sales Executive to handle customer communication, orders and promotional activities for Rio Orchard.

Responsibilities:
Call customers to take and confirm orders.
Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Maintain customer details and order records.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
Make outbound calls for customer outreach and marketing.
Inform customers about new products, offers and seasonal fruit selections.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Represent Rio Orchard at exhibitions, pop-ups, society events and promotional activities when required.
Interact professionally with customers and explain our products and brand.




Collect customer feedback and share it with management.
Coordinate with the packing/dispatch team regarding customer orders.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Confident and polite in face-to-face customer interactions.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
Positive follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Sales or customer-service experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable attending exhibitions and promotional events when required.

Salary: ₹14,000–₹18,000/month + incentives, based on performance

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
