Job Summary

We are looking for a Commi 1 – Chinese Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have experience in preparing Chinese dishes and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute Chinese dishes such as Dim Sum, Stir-fries, Noodles and other Chinese preparations.
Manage the assigned Chinese section in the main kitchen.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and food preparation procedures.
Ensure proper food storage and ingredient freshness.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Follow food hygiene,



sanitation and kitchen safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section.
Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.

Requirements
HCM / Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
