Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, GST and TDS-related work, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, solid knowledge of GST and TDS, and a valuable understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in SAP S/4HANA.
Handle GST workings, reconciliations, and related accounting activities.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance-related activities.
Perform ledger scrutiny and pass journal entries.
Handle bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support internal and statutory audit requirements.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and reconciliations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and finance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers,



and auditors as required.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Qualification: CA Semi-Qualified / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is essential.
Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
