Job Title: Sales Engineer (B2B Industrial Sales)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer to develop new B2B industrial customers and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 companies across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire recent OEM and industrial customers.
Generate enquiries through customer visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking.
Handle the complete RFQ-to-Order cycle, including techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
Develop business in Electrical, Switchgear, Transformer, Power Distribution, EV, Industrial Equipment, and General Engineering sectors.
Coordinate with internal teams for costing, quotations, production feasibility, and order execution.
Maintain customer relationships and identify current business opportunities.
Achieve sales, order booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
Travel across India for customer visits and business development.

Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales and relevant experience in CNC machining, fabrication, sheet metal,



castings, electrical components, or precision engineering industries.
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
MBA (Marketing) preferred
Robust communication, negotiation, customer acquisition, and business development skills.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
