Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complete Water Treatment Plants (WTP), RO Plants, STP and ETP systems based on client requirements.
Prepare process designs, PFDs, P&IDs;, GA drawings, layout drawings, and equipment drawings.
Perform design calculations for flow rates, pumps, piping, tanks, pressure vessels, filters, and other equipment.
Select suitable equipment, materials, valves, pumps, instruments, and piping components.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and project design documentation.
Coordinate with the production, purchase, project, service, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Review and verify drawings and designs prepared by junior design engineers.
Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.




Continuously improve plant designs to optimize performance, cost, energy efficiency, and manufacturability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the design of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems.
Robust knowledge of RO, WTP, STP, ETP, UF, DM, softeners, and filtration systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Positive knowledge of P&ID;, process calculations, equipment sizing, piping, and pump selection.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
