Experience: Prior experience in Service Telecalling and Body Shop/Insurance Claim Coordination preferred.
DMS Knowledge: Solid system knowledge and hands-on experience in DMS software.
Coordinate insurance claims, documentation, approvals, and claim status updates.
Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and provide regular updates on repair and claim progress.
Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, service advisors, and workshop teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
