We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented TPA Recovery Executive who has good knowledge of TPA processes, insurance claims, hospital billing, claim follow-up, and outstanding recovery.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and internal hospital/finance teams to ensure timely settlement and recovery of outstanding claims.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies for pending/outstanding claims.
Track claim status from submission through approval and final settlement.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance representatives regarding queries, deductions, rejections, and pending documents.
Follow up for recovery of long-pending and disputed amounts.
Coordinate with hospital billing, medical records, accounts, and other departments for resolving claim-related issues.
Ensure timely submission of required documents and clarification of claim queries.
Visit TPA offices, insurance companies, and other concerned offices whenever required.
Maintain proper records of claim follow-ups, commitments, settlements, rejections, and recoveries.
Escalate unresolved claims and major deductions to management.




Identify recurring reasons for claim delays/rejections and assist in improving the recovery process.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to TPA outstanding and recovery.
Achieve assigned recovery targets and ensure timely closure of pending claims.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with healthcare, insurance, finance, or hospital administration background preferred.
2–3 years of experience in TPA/Insurance claims, hospital billing, or recovery.
Valuable practical knowledge of TPA processes and health insurance claims.
Experience in dealing with TPA/insurance personnel will be an advantage.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel for field visits to TPA/insurance offices and other locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Should be target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Travel: Willingness to travel is essential

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
