Key Responsibilities – Social Media Executive (IT Industry)
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish engaging content related to IT products, technology, services, and company activities.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create posts, reels, videos, graphics, and other digital content.
Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional content.
Coordinate with the technical, sales, HR, and management teams to collect relevant content.
Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Run and support social media marketing campaigns and paid promotions when required.
Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
Monitor reach,



engagement, followers, leads, and campaign performance.
Support lead generation through social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.
Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, or external agencies when required.
Ensure timely posting and maintain the quality and accuracy of published content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
