Position: Associate – Secondary Stage Coordinator
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Support the Secondary Stage Coordinator in the effective academic and operational functioning of the stage.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic and co-curricular activities.
Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure effective lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom practices.
Monitor students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development.
Support the implementation of CBSE curriculum, competency-based learning, and assessment practices.
Assist in planning and monitoring examinations, assessments, projects, and academic interventions.
Maintain and review academic records, reports, lesson plans, and other documentation.
Coordinate with parents regarding students' academic performance and developmental needs.
Support teachers in identifying learning gaps and implementing appropriate interventions.
Assist in organizing academic events, competitions,



workshops, career-related activities, and other school programs.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between teachers, students, parents, and school leadership.
Support the implementation of school policies, academic processes, and quality initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation with B.Ed. or equivalent.
Prior experience in teaching, academic coordination, or school administration will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and secondary-stage education.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital learning tools.
Proactive, responsible, cooperative, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
