We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales performance across online and offline channels, implement effective sales strategies, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a 14+ member sales team
Develop and implement effective online and offline sales strategies
Drive sales targets across multiple channels
Train, coach, and mentor sales team members
Monitor individual and team performance against targets
Develop strategies to improve sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue
Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships
Identify new sales opportunities and support business expansion
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to achieve business objectives




Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Ensure effective execution of sales processes and maintain high team productivity

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
4–6 years of relevant sales experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or sales team management
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
Fluency in Malayalam and English
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a large sales team
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
